Job purpose:
As a Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of Geidea's payment solutions by validating software functionality, identifying defects, and supporting the delivery of stable, high-quality products. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and QA team members in an Agile setting to ensure every release meets business and customer expectations.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Design, prepare, and execute comprehensive test cases based on business and functional requirements.




Review requirements and specifications, identifying ambiguities, gaps, and potential quality risks before development and testing.
Perform functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and API testing to validate software quality.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects using JIRA while validating bug fixes through re-testing and regression testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Ensure testing activities are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards and test coverage.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, testing practices, and product quality across the development lifecycle.
Must have technical/professional qualifications:
0–3 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance. Fresh gradu
