Weir’s global SAP S/4HANA (S4+) transformation represents a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build the core business platforms that will support operational excellence and growth for the next decade. As we modernise our enterprise applications across SAP and complementary systems such as Salesforce, Workday and Coupa, data and AI are fundamental to unlocking the full value of this transformation.
The Transformation Data & AI Architect is a senior leadership role within the S4+ Programme, responsible for defining, governing and delivering the end-to-end Data & AI architecture. This includes ensuring all data models, flows, governance structures and AI capabilities align with enterprise value streams, S/4 best practice and Weir’s Clean Core approach.
A key aspect of this role is operating across a multi-partner ecosystem, working directly with our systems integrator, technology partners,
internal domain teams and enterprise architecture to ensure architectural consistency, integration alignment and high-quality delivery across all workstreams.
