At The Knot Worldwide, we operate at the intersection of technology, creativity, and life’s most meaningful moments. We are seeking a Design Operations Specialist to join our Global Team. This is not a traditional support role; it is a high-impact position for a design-forward professional who thrives on technical precision, rapid problem-solving, and independent execution.




You will be the final guardian of a couple’s vision, transforming creative concepts into flawless, production-ready assets. We are looking for a candidate who possesses the maturity to manage their own workflow, the technical acumen to troubleshoot complex design files, and the professional polish to communicate with global stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Consultation & Execution: Lead the end-to-end process of modifying and finalizing high-end stationery designs. You will act as a consultant to our customers, ensuring their aesthetic vision is balanced with technical feasibility.
Technical Pre-Press Mastery: Perform rigorous "pre-flight" checks. You are responsible for ensuring every file meets skilled print standards—managing CMYK color profiles, resolution requirements, bleed margins, and font embedding before production.
Stakeholder Communication: Manage high-stakes professional correspondence. You will a
