Role Overview

The STEM Educator will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centric STEM sessions in a virtual environment while ensuring robust learning outcomes and participation.

This role involves planning and executing interactive activities,



guiding students through hands-on projects, and fostering curiosity and critical thinking. The educator will also contribute to continuous improvement of session quality, curriculum inputs, and overall program effectiveness.

This is a high-impact teaching role that combines instructional delivery, activity design, and student engagement in a structured online learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

STEM Instruction & Session Delivery
Deliver interactive and engaging STEM sessions in a virtual classroom environment.
Explain concepts using practical, easy-to-understand approaches suited to different age groups.
Encourage student participation, collaboration, and curiosity during sessions.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Project Planning & Activity Design
Plan and conduct hands-on STEM activities and projects aligned with learning objectives.
