AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Team Lead, Engineering,
Mechanical Validation Lab

Energetic and results‑driven Mechanical Laboratory Supervisor with over 15 years
of engineering experience in structural performance evaluation, fatigue testing,
NVH analysis, and hydraulic systems validation. Demonstrated expertise in
leading technical teams, managing high‑complexity validation programs, and
driving continuous improvement in laboratory operations. Proven ability to
collaborate with design, CAE, and product development teams to accelerate
product validation and deliver industry‑leading reliability and customer
satisfaction. Strong leadership presence with a track record of improving test
capabilities, optimizing resources, and mentoring technical staff.

Lead initiatives to improve lab efficiency, automation,



accuracy and equipment
utilization. Introduce new technologies, sensors, data acquisition tools, and
testing methodologies to strengthen validation capability. Ensure compliance
with quality standards, safety norms, calibration guidelines, and audit
requirements. Maintain accurate test records, track project statuses, and ensure
transparent communication between stakeholders
