POSITION SUMMARY
To do the daily planning/packing activity, assigning and SAP related work.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. To prepare MIS for daily packing activity.
2. To do daily planning.
3. To prepare PMS as per planning assigned in SAP.
4. To create reprocessing order in SAP, if required.
5. To check the RM/PM received against the job assigned to workers.
6. To take line clearance from IPQA for the job assigned, prior starting.
7. To verify the tool used for filling/packing activity for cleanliness and
contamination free.
8. To provide on-job training if required, prior starting work.
9. To fill test intimation sheet of material during packing activity and
submit samples for testing to QC department, if required.
10. To assign labels and complete packing activity.
11. To highlight deviations observed and inform to Sr Executive/ Asst Manager.
12. To extract the report of reprocessing orders from SAP and submit to Sr
Executive/ Asst Manger for review.
