ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with sales, marketing, and cross-functional engineering teams to
engage with C-level clients in pre-sales meetings and conferences. Represent the
corporate brand and lead the promotion of Data Center Solutions to capture CSP,
NCP, and enterprise cloud business.
• Collaborate closely with customers to define and enhance next-generation
AI/HPC server specifications. Bridge the gap between external clients and




internal R&D;/engineering to ensure product roadmaps align with market
expectations and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization.
• Recruit, build, and lead high-performing FAE teams. Mentor and coach team
members, guiding their transition into strategic Solution Architects capable of
adapting to a fast-paced, high-pressure, and ever-changing environment.
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority in the field. Manage and lead
teams during the investigation and root cause analysis (RCA) of complex system
issues.
• Develop, review, and optimize system solutions, technical bid responses
(RFx), and technical presentations. Ensure the successful delivery a proven/
optimized proposal that meet or exceeds customer business requirements.
• Deep solution architect knowledge in AI, HPC, GPU Clusters, and Data
Center-centric applications.
