We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator to manage enterprise storage infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, deploying, managing, and securing storage systems with a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in the Pharma & Life Sciences domain. The role also demands capabilities in disaster recovery, vendor management, and cost optimization.

Areas Of Responsibility

Storage Architecture & Design

Design scalable, high-performance,



and secure storage solutions (SAN, NAS, Object Storage) aligning with business requirements.
Lead the planning and implementation of storage infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
Evaluate and recommend technologies for future-proof storage architecture.

Storage Operations & Management

Oversee daily operations of storage systems including provisioning, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
Maintain data integrity and ensure optimal storage availability and efficiency.
Automate routine storage tasks using scripts or management tools.

Cloud & Hybrid Storage

Manage and optimize storage in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Implement tiered storage strategies, cloud archival, and backup integrations.
Monitor cloud storage costs and optimize consumption.

Ensure data at rest and in transit is secure through encryption and access contr
