Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary programs
that shape the future of mobility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams
across the business (Engineering, R&D;, Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, and
customer-facing teams), lead program reviews, and ensure the successful delivery
of high-quality solutions that align with Alstom’s digital transformation goals.

You’ll specifically take care of developing and managing a brand-new platform




designed to host and run rail supervision services used in control centers
(train tracking, regulation, traffic management, etc.), but also ensure
alignment with the product strategy, maintain program governance, and provide
technical leadership.

We’ll look to you for:

* Monitoring and reporting the complete execution of the project, in accordance
with Alstom’s processes.

* Financial and budgetary monitoring, including tracking schedules and program
indicators.

* Ensuring alignment with the product strategy and implementing necessary
actions to achieve it.

* Guaranteeing high-quality execution by adhering to Alstom’s development
processes.

* Providing strong program management and technical leadership to ensure
end-to-end Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance.

* Establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and providing regular progress
updates to leadership and customers.
