multinational construction and engineering company based in Mumbai. The company
provides infrastructure services and is involved in the construction of
infrastructure projects such as viaducts, flyovers, metros, bridges, pipelines,
roads, ports, barrages, oil and gas projects etc

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 01

Planning and Mobilizing the Project

* Co-ordination with project team for the preparation of daily, weekly and
monthly programs.
* Interpretation of drawings and ensuring execution as per the drawings.
* Execution of works as per approved method statement. Supervision and
monitoring of construction works, ensuring adherence to quality.
* Development of overall site plan in line with budget / construction schedule
for assigned Section.
* Reporting daily progress and maintaining Daily Progress Report (DPR).
* Coordination with consultants and clients with Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
and request for information (RFI) validations.
* Co-ordination with consultants, sub-contractors, and clients.




* Establishment of project infrastructure as per contract / work requirement.
* Coordinating with client representative to start the work as per the base
schedule, land acquisition and for other consents to fulfil statutory and
contractual requirements.
* Obtaining mandatory licenses, approvals and clearances required for project
establishment (Across functions) from State / Central Govt departments (as
applicable and as per contractual provisions).

Executing work at site ensuring adherence to quality norms

* Preparing the workplan.
* Studying and understanding the contract, technical specifications and
executing the respective activity at site accordingly.
* Understanding the methodology for major activities provided in the contract
and executing the work as per approved methodology.
* Informing Section Incharge and get guidance if any changes required in the
approved methodology, as per site con
