Could you be the full time Project T&C; (Testing & Commissioning) Manager (PrTCM)
in Delhi-Mukundpur we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a
cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative
teammates.

You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring customer acceptance and meeting quality,
cost, and delivery commitments for our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely
with teams across the business (including engineering, validation, quality, and
manufacturing), supervise customer acceptance performance, and ensure compliance
with environment, health, and safety (EHS) standards,



and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of overseeing serial testing and commissioning
activities, as well as defining clear and comprehensive train acceptance
criteria, but also ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the
agreed timelines and budget.

We’ll look to you for:

* Defining clear and exhaustive train acceptance criteria

* Overseeing serial testing and commissioning activities

* Managing the handover process between manufacturing, testing, and quality
checkpoints

* Supervising customer acceptance performance for the T&C; scope of work

* Ensuring compliance with T&C; QCD commitments and EHS requirements

* Capturing and managing non-conformities while ensuring their resolution

* Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders across functions and
sites

* Driving continuous improvement through Return of Experience (REX)
