Salary: $30 - $48 / hour

Working Hours – 35 hours in a week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our prestigious healthcare partner’s organization in the USA. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure adherence to medical protocols. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

â Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and vital signs

â Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

â Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

â Collaborate with doctors, healthcare teams, and families for patient care

â Educate patients and families on disease management and post-treatment care

â Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

â Adhere to infection control, safety, and legal nursing standards





â Provide emotional support to patients and families during treatment

Requirements
Candidates who are willing to relocate to the USA please ensure the profile is matching with the below criteria –

· Graduated from an accredited nursing school, preferably within the past 10 years. Candidates who graduated more than 15 years ago are unsuitable for our NCLEX sponsorship program.

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.

· Current graduate nurses are welcome but must obtain clinical work experience in an area that meets our clinical requirements as their process is ongoing.

· Should have nursing license from the home country.

· The candidate should not have taken the NCLEX exam before and failed

· The candidate should have passed their country’s nursing license exam in 1 attempt.

Clinical Requirements:

o The nurse MUST be currently working in a Tertiary, Multispecialty, or Secondary facility with 150+ beds.
