What You'll Do
Lead the development of complex game features from concept to delivery
Implement and maintain high-performance game code using C++ (11/14)
Ensure perfect conformity to engineering guidelines and coding standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine technical requirements and solutions
Mentor and guide junior developers, encouraging a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to develop robust and scalable code structures
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality




Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
Participate in Agile planning and execution, strictly adhering to timelines
Improve game performance and manage memory consumption for different platforms
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate guidelines into game development processes
Successfully implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency
What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in game development on C++ (11/14)
Proven expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working in Linux and Windows development environments
Proficiency with tools such as Visual Studio, Git/SVN, GDB, profiling tools, and static/agile analysis tools
Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Continuous Integration systems
Proven ability to boost game performance and fix technical ch
