Key Responsibilities
Hands-on and thorough knowledge of synthesis, place and route, CTS, extraction timing analysis/STA, Physical Verification (BaseDRC/DRC/LVS analysis and fixing) for technologies 3nm or less.
Proven expertise in synthesis, good understanding of design constraints, Floorplan (Macro placement) challenges, Timing concept and formal verification (equivalence) at the block level (Top level is +)
Block level ownership from RTL/Netlist to GDSII, driving multiple complex designs till signoff,



CTS and custom clocking, Routing.
Experience with Cadence (Innovus) flow is must.
Familiarity with Power Efficiency techniques, IR-Drop, and EM fixes is mandatory and working knowledge of Redhawk is plus.
Experience with ICV, Primetime, Formality and Fusion Compiler
Familiarity with ECO methodologies and experience in writing timing eco’s.
Improve design quality and drive area, power, and performance improvements through flow tuning and using different techniques.
Experience in handling small team (size 3-5) is plus.
Good scripting skills in Tcl or Perl and positive understanding of Yaml file is plus.
