We are looking for an Agency Lead to join our India Ads business, based in
Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record of sales
leadership, agency partnership development, media trading expertise, and
executive relationship management. You'll bring a passion for digital media,
music, podcasts, and innovation, while helping position Spotify as the preferred
audio and audience platform for leading agencies across India.

You'll work closely with senior agency leaders to develop long-term strategic
partnerships, unlock recent commercial opportunities, and drive innovative ways of
working together.

What You'll Do
* Partner with the India Sales team and Head of Sales to develop strategic
agency partnerships and execute annual enterprise agreements aligned to
Spotify's business objectives, including commercial structures, strategic
investments, incentives, and joint business plans.
* Serve as Spotify's trading expert, providing guidance on media trading
models, commercial agreements, compliance requirements, approval processes,
and internal systems.
* Build and maintain executive-level relationships with senior leaders across
India's leading agency holding groups and independent agencies, understanding
their business priorities and identifying opportunities for long-term growth.
