About The Role

The Team Lead - Pre-Construction Operations will be responsible for driving end-to-end Pre-Construction readiness across Pan India projects, ensuring all activities are completed withindefined timelines and without impacting the overall project delivery schedule.The role will lead a central team responsible for coordinating with Design, Procurement, Project Management, Commercial, Finance, MEP, Vendors,



and Clients to ensure timely closure of all pre-construction milestones, vendor onboarding, procurement planning, and long-lead material readiness.This position requires a highly proactive leader who can identify risks early, resolve cross-functional bottlenecks, and build strong relationships with industry partners to ensure predictable project delivery.

What Makes The Role Successful

Pre-Construction Governance

Lead and drive all Pre-Construction activities across Pan India projects.
Ensure timely closure of all pre-construction milestones without impacting project delivery

schedules.

Monitor project readiness from Project Award until Construction Kick-off/ closure of all Pre

con activities

Cross Functional Coordination

Drive alignment between Design, Procurement, PMO, Commercial, Finance, MEP, T&C;, and

Project teams.

Escalate critical risks with mitigation plans to leadership b
