Job Title: Webinar Coordinator

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full time (In-Person)

Compensation: Rs. 2,00,000 - Rs. 3,00,000 per year + Incentives + Performance Bonuses

Working Hours: Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts. Usual working hours 10AM - 6PM (flexible & event-driven, timings may vary)

Weekly Off: The role requires working on Saturdays and Sundays. Week-offs will be scheduled on weekdays between Tuesday and Thursday.

Role Overview:

A Webinar Coordinator plans, coordinates, and executes virtual webinars, live trainings, and transformational learning experiences, while ensuring a seamless participant journey from registration to post-session follow-up. The role involves managing technical logistics, speaker coordination, participant engagement, and live moderation using platforms such as Zoom.

Key responsibilities include scheduling programs, coordinating facilitators, conducting technical checks (audio/video), managing live Q&A; and polls, overseeing participant communication, and analysing post-session engagement metrics to continuously improve program quality and impact. The role also supports webinar recordings, replay management, and the creation of key takeaways and learning resources to ensure meaningful and high-quality participant experiences.
