Responsibilities:
- Build solid relationships with surgeons, department heads, and hospital leadership.
- Track market trends, competitors, and local healthcare changes.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and doctors to promote our services.
- Promote hospital services, doctors, and healthcare packages.
- Increase OPD/IPD footfall through field and referral marketing.
- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors and clinics.
- Coordinate corporate tie-ups and health check-up camps.
- Support digital marketing and branding activities.
- Organize community outreach and promotional events.
- Collect patient feedback and testimonials.
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and submit to Manager.

Preferred candidate profile :-
- Strong understanding of protocols.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5 years medical pharma/healthcare marketing experience (hospital-focused).
- Proven record of exceeding sales and targets.
- Willing to travel extensively within territory.
