JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a skilled QA Engineer to ensure the performance, reliability, and quality of our native iOS and Android applications. In this role, you will combine strong manual testing capabilities with hands-on test automation expertise to drive end-to-end quality assurance across our mobile ecosystem. You will design automation suites, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate directly with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and support seamless deployments. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver dedicated to optimizing release quality and continuously improving testing processes. Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience as a QA to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Execute manual testing of native Android and iOS applications, including smoke, sanity, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution to ensure high-quality releases.
- Design,



develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework, Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, or similar frameworks. Continuously enhance automation coverage and maintain reusable, scalable test assets.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and validate acceptance criteria for high-quality releases. Support on-premises deployments, installations, and workplace configurations for customer implementations.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and accelerate release cycles. Ensure automation is reliable, maintainable, and aligned with the software delivery process.
- Monitor test execution results, analyze quality metrics, and provide regular testing status updates to stakeholders. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and overall product quality.
