Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Development & CRM Executive to generate new business, manage sales leads, build customer relationships, and convert enquiries into orders across our manufacturing and construction businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, referrals, portals, databases, market research, and direct outreach.
- Develop relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and corporate customers.
- Handle enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, website, and sales portals.
- Understand customer requirements, identify business opportunities, and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain all leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Plan customer meetings, site visits, product presentations, and sales discussions.
- Coordinate with production,



project, site, accounts, dispatch, and logistics teams.
- Track sales pipeline, order status, collections, and repeat-business opportunities.
- Reconnect with inactive customers and develop current markets and territories.
- Support dealer and distributor appointment where required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development and conversion reports.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales, CRM, or customer acquisition.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, building materials, real estate, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong lead-generation, negotiation, presentation, and follow-up skills.
- Must be comfortable speaking with customers in Hindi and English.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Excel, email communication, WhatsApp Business, and sales reporting.
