Store Manager-The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, managing inventory, and leading the store team. The role focuses on maximizing profitability while maintaining brand standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor store performance and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives.

Store Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Manage cash handling, billing, and daily store closing procedures.





Customer Service
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Build long-term customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty.

Team Management
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and productive work workplace.

Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and minimize stock loss.
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory counts.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.

Compliance & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
