Job Title: Collection Executive.

Job Summary:-

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Collection Executive to manage collections for our chit fund business. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of monthly chit installments (EMIs), following up with subscribers on overdue payments, supporting auction-related collections, and maintaining solid customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Contact chit subscribers through phone calls and follow-ups to collect monthly installments (EMIs) on or before the due date.
- Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
- Follow up with defaulting subscribers and negotiate payment commitments in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with branch teams regarding customer payment status and collection updates.
- Assist in pre-auction and post-auction follow-ups with subscribers and prized members.




- Ensure timely collection of auction-related payments and required documentation from prized subscribers.
- Update customer payment details, follow-up remarks, and collection status in the CRM/system.
- Resolve customer queries related to installment payments, auction schedules, penalties, and account status.
- Escalate long-pending or high-risk accounts to the Branch Manager or Collection Manager.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and recovery progress.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/Registrar guidelines, and ethical collection practices.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by providing courteous and professional service.
