Job Summary:

As a Marketing Cloud Email and Campaign Specialist, you will enable our B2C campaign efforts within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. You will serve as a subject matter expert in email marketing delivery and build sophisticated journeys, Data Cloud audiences, data extensions, Automation Studio workflows, and support the platform roadmap—including, implementing AMPScript personalization, AI-driven features, leading A/B testing frameworks, and other strategic initiatives. You’ll be partnering with cross-functional teams to shape campaign strategy, promote feature adoption, integrate new brands and optimize engagement and deliverability health.
