Role Description The Franchise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saket, responsible for driving franchise expansion for Brain Discovery Global School. This role involves identifying prospective franchise partners, managing lead generation activities, conducting meetings and presentations, and nurturing relationships from initial contact through franchise agreement closure.



The Franchise Sales Manager will develop and execute franchise sales strategies, support business planning for potential franchisees, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Day-to-day activities include market research, pipeline management, follow-ups via calls and emails, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of all franchise sales activities. The role also requires regular reporting on performance, participation in events or seminars to promote franchise opportunities, and ensuring all communications reflect the school’s educational values and brand standards.
