Key responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines.
- Carry out fitting, assembly, dismantling, and installation of mechanical components
- Ensure proper lubrication, tightening, and adjustment of machines
- Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and checklists
- Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with ISO / EHS guidelines
- Coordinate with production and electrical teams during maintenance activities
- Maintain housekeeping in the work area (5S)
Key Skills Required :
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and fitting practices
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, dial gauge)
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics (basic to intermediate)
