With a strong D2C presence, 2 offline stores, and a rapidly growing omni-channel footprint, we are now looking for a strategic marketing leader who can own the entire marketing engine of the brand.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager with experience in female ethnic clothing who can manage and scale our upcoming store in one of the major locations at Trimurty Circle, Jaipur.

This is a management role for someone who understands both store building and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, have experience building and scaling stores, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, ensuring operational excellence, and building a welcoming and body-positive store setting.





You will directly report to the Founder and will be responsible for driving visibility, growth, and long-term brand positioning for retail stores based in the Jaipur reigon.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive store KPIs including conversion rate, average bill value (ABV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer retention.
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to increase walk-ins and repeat business.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve performance.

2. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates and support staff.
- Set daily and weekly sales targets for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy work culture.
- Ensure grooming standards and customer service protocols are maintained.
