Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to generate leads, meet potential customers, promote the company's products/services, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for conducting field visits, building strong customer relationships, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and generate new leads.
- Promote and explain company products/services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up regularly.
- Prepare daily visit and sales reports.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
