THE ROLE

As a Member Support Specialist, you'll be the calm, capable voice members rely on — resolving concerns with precision, warmth, and genuine care:
- Guide members through perks questions, resolve issues, and provide clear, confident answers
- Manage a steady flow of inbound inquiries while upholding an exceptional standard of service
- Investigate across systems to resolve matters on the first contact, escalating complex cases thoughtfully and in line with policy
- Document every interaction with accuracy and care, maintaining full compliance at all times
