For Healthtech to Doctors - Business Development
- Lead the doctor onboarding process; doctors meet online and whenever required offline too (as the final conversion is asked to operation head) including calls, follow-ups, document verification, and agreement coordination, ensuring seamless understanding and alignment.
- Supervise Multi-City Operations (Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Hyderabad, Delhi, Ahmedabad, etc.) through consistent monitoring, updates, and team accountability from every cities.
- Need to provide real-time training and train multi-city business development executives, including interns, Business Development and understand the city's culture to handle queries as they come.
- Whenever required choose interns as Brand Communication & provide real-time training to them.
- Arrange CDE and CME by connecting to the higher authority of doctors of a particular city and as and when required need to do online or offline meetings with the doctors on a regular basis.




- Connect pharma companies and collaborate with them for providing health tech solutions to doctors.
- Review, improvise, and Test every employee's pitch in IDDA and Altpract
- Guidance, follow-ups, and shortfalls gaps need to be bridged with 1:1 coordination.
- Coordinate with AltPracta health tech solution for integration, software training, and smooth operational execution.
- Develop and refine internal decks, scripts, and pitch materials tailored for different stakeholders, including corporates, doctors, and HR teams.
- Serve as the key communication link between IDDA Core, Corporate Wellness Partners, and Onboarded Consultants.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively to maintain workflow continuity.
- Coordinate, guide and implement the online presence of the company in alignment with the content writer, graphic designer, video editor, SEO and digital marketing departments.
