Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and practical Business Coordinator to manage dynamic business workflows, support our sales and marketing efforts, and streamline communication across international clients and regional stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible, hybrid workplace, possesses sharp problem-solving abilities,



and is comfortable utilizing modern AI tools to maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

* Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in executing marketing initiatives, coordinating with potential leads, and managing end-to-end sales pipelines and client follow-ups.

* Global & Regional Business Coordination: Serve as a reliable liaison for international clients across varying time zones and regional markets, ensuring prompt communication and efficient workflow management.

* Operational Decision-Making: Apply practical decision-making and critical thinking to handle day-to-day coordination, problem resolution, and project tracking independently.

* Documentation & Data Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using the MS Office suite, ensuring high accuracy and organization.
