Job Summary

The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a crucial role in managing vulnerability management processes to ensure the highest standards of operational excellence. This position focuses on continuous improvement and problem-solving, ensuring that client SLAs are met while empowering teams through effective leadership and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Support creation, review, and approval of qualification deliverables during the project within scope of Infrastructure & Cyber Resilience Program • Ensure compliance with GxP validation standards (IQ/OQ/PQ, risk assessments, validation plans, reports) • Align deliverables with LEO Pharma quality and compliance requirements • Maintain close communication with stakeholders and team members to keep apprised of qualification needs, interpretation of impacts on compliance of an application, project status, and other relevant issues • Ability to create documents to an existing document standard • Obtain and respond to review by Line of Business, IT,



and Quality stakeholders • Follow SOPs and Leo Pharma best practices • Experience with electronic document management systems (e.g. Veeva etc.); application development and lifecycle management and IT service management systems (e.g. ServiceNow) • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
