Job Summary
- The Head of Finance will lead the finance and accounting function across multiple retail locations, ensuring financial integrity, statutory compliance, business profitability, and strategic financial planning.
- The role requires strong leadership in budgeting, financial reporting, AP, AR, cash flow management, internal controls, taxation, and business partnering to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Drive profitability analysis and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
- Support business expansion, new store openings, and investment decisions.

Financial Reporting
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Present MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance analysis to senior management.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, margins, inventory turnover, operating expenses, and EBITDA.





Retail Finance Management
- Oversee financial operations across multiple retail stores and distribution centres.
- Monitor store profitability and implement financial controls.
- Analyze product/category profitability and pricing strategies.
- Ensure effective inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

Treasury & Cash Flow
- Manage working capital, cash flow, banking relationships, and fund utilization.
- Optimize receivables, payables, and inventory financing.
- Ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.

Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits.

Internal Controls & Risk Management
- Establish robust financial controls and SOPs across all locations.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strate
