Position: CRM Dispatch Executive

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

(Final timing will be decided by the Management.)

Eligibility

Must be residing in Kolkata

1–3 years of experience in Customer Interaction, CRM, Reception, Front Office, Customer Support, or Dispatch Coordination preferred

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali

Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp & Google Forms)

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate customer deliveries and provide timely dispatch updates.

Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and order status.

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with the Sales and Purchase teams for order processing and material availability.

Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.

Professionally welcome and assist walk-in customers.





Handle customer complaints and coordinate prompt resolution.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and sub-dealers.

Ensure the reception area and showroom ambience remain clean, organized, and welcoming.

Support day-to-day CRM and dispatch operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
