We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Accountant with hands-on experience in US and Indian bookkeeping. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks and have a strong understanding of accounting principles across both regions.

This role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance support while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

US Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts for US-based clients.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Record journal entries and support month-end close activities.
- Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and reporting timelines.
- Coordinate with CPAs for tax filings and audit requirements.

Indian Bookkeeping
- Maintain books of accounts in accordance with Indian accounting practices.
- Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.




- Assist with GST-related bookkeeping and reconciliations.
- Support preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants when required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Robust working knowledge of QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
- Experience handling both US and Indian bookkeeping processes.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US-based clients.
- Exposure to GST compliance and filings.
- Knowledge of additional accounting tools such as Tally.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent accounting certification.
