Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Raipur. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth for the agency. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients,
understanding their marketing challenges, preparing tailored proposals, and collaborating with strategy and delivery teams to shape solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end client acquisition cycles, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new clients. The Business Development Manager will also monitor market trends, maintain accurate sales reporting, and contribute to refining positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in marketing, advertising, or related services.
