Job Summary:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Digital Sales Executive to drive sales through digital channels by engaging with prospective customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-
- Contact and engage potential customers through phonecalls, WhatsApp, email.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.
- Explain products and services to customers and resolve their queries effectively.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular customer communication.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and post-sales support.
- Generate referrals and identify new sales opportunities.




- Build long-term relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
- Stay updated on company products, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills:-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Phonecalls,WhatsApp Business and Email.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.

Eligibility:-
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- 1 year of experience in Digital Sales, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Business Development is preferred.
