The Role

This is a deal sourcing role. We are not looking for a branch manager, relationship manager or traditional banker. We are looking for someone who has spent the last several years sourcing business through DSAs, loan consultants, brokers, Chartered Accountants, referral partners and direct borrower relationships.

Mission

Build and lead a sourcing engine that consistently generates qualified secured business loan opportunities through DSAs, referral partners, consultants and direct borrower relationships. Increase applications, sanctions and disbursements while managing a high-performance sourcing team and DSA network.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, activate and manage a productive DSA network across India.
- Source secured MSME loan opportunities through DSAs, consultants, CAs,



brokers and direct borrower relationships.
- Lead and manage sourcing associates across key markets.
- Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly sourcing targets.
- Conduct regular DSA meetings, field visits and partner reviews.
- Track applications, sanctions, disbursements and pipeline conversion.
- Coordinate with credit, legal and operations teams to move deals efficiently.
- Personally assist in closing strategic and larger opportunities.
- Maintain accurate MIS and pipeline reporting.
- Build a culture of accountability, urgency and execution.

Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in loan sourcing or channel sales.
- Minimum 3 years managing DSAs, referral partners or sourcing teams.
- Solid experience in LAP, secured MSME loans or mortgage-backed lending.
- Proven ability to recruit, activate and manage productive DSAs.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sourcing, sanction and disbursement
