Assistant Professor – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theory and practical classes.
- Prepare teaching plans and lesson plans.
- Complete the syllabus within the academic schedule.
- Maintain academic and examination records.
- Conduct internal and university examinations.
- Guide and mentor students.
- Supervise laboratory and field practicals.
- Undertake research and publish scholarly work.
- Prepare and implement research projects.
- Organize extension and farmer outreach programmes.
- Participate in RAWE and experiential learning activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic quality.
- Serve on institutional committees and administrative assignments.
- Support accreditation, IQAC,



and quality assurance initiatives.
- Maintain departmental and laboratory records.
- Participate in faculty development programmes.
- Promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and industry collaboration.
- Follow institutional policies, professional ethics, and university regulations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the HOD, Principal, or Management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
