smooth loan processingfrom application to disbursal. Focused on delivering a excellent customer
experience, the team handles internal and external stakeholders along with compliance. By combining
field presence with strong central support, the team plays a key role in making home ownership
easier and more accessible.
About the Role
Step into the front line of Navis digital lending journey. Youll be the friendly voice that turns a quick
tap on the app into a customers very first home loan.
Your day starts with warm, jargon-free conversationsexplaining how the loan works, clearing
doubts, and guiding customers through home loan journeys on the app. As soon as questions pop up,
you tackle them.
The smoother you make the journey, the faster a customer moves from Im curious to Loan
disbursed.



Your success is measured by happy borrowers, quick turnaround, and the trust you earn
along the way.
Key Responsibilities

Drive conversions: Make timely, high-quality calls to move customers from interest to loan
disbursed.

Own every lead: Log, update, and follow up in the CRM until the query is fully resolved.
Build trust quickly: Listen actively, think of quick solutions, and inspire confidence in Navis
value proposition.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and
exceptional service.

Champion customer insights: Flag product or process gaps and support
continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver against goals: Meet or exceed assigned targets for sales, productivity,
quality, and compliance.
Must Haves

Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 1 3 years of high-volume telesales / inside-sales
Language skills:

Fluency in English and one South-Indian languag
