We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Consultant

to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions that improve business processes across IT, HR, Customer Service, Security, and other enterprise functions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, configure the ServiceNow platform, and ensure successful project delivery. The consultant should possess solid functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, excellent communication skills, and experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–8+ years of ServiceNow implementation or consulting experience.




- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience implementing one or more ServiceNow modules.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow deployments.
