- Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports.
- Team Leadership & Management

Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise sales representatives.

Set clear team goals and monitor performance against KPIs.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for improvement.
- Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.

Negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely service and issue resolution.

Oversee the management of key accounts and develop retention strategies.




- Reporting & Coordination

Create and present sales performance reports to management.

Coordinate with marketing, product, and finance teams to support the sales cycle.

Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Required Qualifications
Any Bachelor’s degree

3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Solid leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
