We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales activities across the assigned region for our ELV, ICT, and BMS business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth, managing channel partners, developing key accounts, and leading business development initiatives in the ELV, ICT, or Building Automation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across enterprise, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, architects, contractors, system integrators, and end customers.
Manage key accounts and drive business growth within the assigned territory.
Appoint, support, and manage channel partners, distributors, and system integrators.
Work closely with the estimation, engineering, and project teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Lead commercial negotiations, customer presentations, and contract discussions.
Monitor sales pipeline,



forecasts, and market trends using CRM tools.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Mentor and support the regional sales team to maximize performance.

Requirements

Experience: 7+ years in Sales, Business Development, or Regional Sales Management within the ELV, ICT, BMS, Security Systems, or Building Automation industry.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, Networking, BMS, AV, PA Systems, and Integrated ELV Solutions.
Proven experience in managing regional sales, channel partners, and strategic customer accounts.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, Electrical, Electronics, IT) or a related field.
MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
