Our mission is to help mid-career technology professionals land high-paying data and AI roles through expert coaching, resume optimization, mock interviews, and career guidance.

What We are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Outbound Sales, Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or Business Development.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable selling to technical professionals and analytical buyers (engineering or tech background is a plus).
- Ability to confidently make 300+ outbound calls per day while maintaining quality conversations.




- Strong follow-up discipline with excellent CRM and pipeline management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and continuously optimize performance.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection in a high-volume outbound sales environment.
- Self-driven, coachable, and eager to grow into high-ticket sales and closing roles.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote sales team.

What You will do:
- Conduct outbound outreach to qualified leads through phone calls and other approved channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule 3–5 high-quality appointments daily for the sales team.
- Consistently follow up with leads to maximize booked appointments and show rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
- Collaborate with Sales Closers to improve messaging, lead quality, and conversion rates.
