YOUR TASKS
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic Knowledge of Electronic Components: - Theoretically & Practically
- Functions & Usage of Electronic Components in Electronic Circuit
- Ability to analyze & solve issue related to Electronic Components.
- Ability to analyze & solve issue related to ICT failures & EOL Failures PCBs
- Isolate, replicate and report defects and verify defect fixes.
- Ability to use Electronic Measuring Instruments for analysis (LCR meter, Oscilloscope, multimeter etc)
- Explicit understanding of Electronic Circuit Diagram to troubleshoot / trace of defects from Electronic PCBs
- Understanding of Datasheets of Electronic Components
- PCB Cross Section testing and evaluation
- PCB Strain measurement and evaluation
- Anticipate potential problems, plan appropriate resolutions, and take early corrective action
- Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management
- Actively participate in development and quality reviews, including feedback from customer / system testing teams, to develop and drive quality improvement roadmaps
- Hold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members.
- Analyzing and testing complaints (CLR and field), and failed/rejected parts, as well as introducing further
