Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the franchise expansion strategy across India.
- Identify potential markets and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified franchise leads through multiple channels.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective franchise partners.
- Conduct market research to identify high-growth territories.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
- Convert inquiries into successful franchise partnerships.
- Present Brain Discovery Global School's business model and investment opportunity.
- Conduct business presentations, webinars, and discovery meetings.
- Lead commercial negotiations and finalize franchise agreements.

Lead Management
- Manage the complete franchise sales lifecycle.
- Qualify leads based on investment capability and business potential.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-up and CRM updates.
- Improve lead conversion ratios.

Relationship Management




- Build long-term relationships with prospective investors.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth onboarding.
- Guide franchise partners through the setup process.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the franchise sales team.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and pipeline meetings.
- Train team members on consultative selling techniques.

Strategic Planning
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Recommend new expansion strategies.
- Prepare sales forecasts and management reports.
- Optimize franchise acquisition costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Academic teams.
- Ensure seamless franchise onboarding and launch.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for franchise acquisition.

Required Qualifications
