Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales through automobile dealerships.
- Lead and drive Finance Executives to achieve business targets.
- Develop dealer relationships and generate business.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely dealer payouts.
- Monitor sales performance, VAS penetration, and portfolio quality.
