Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring team members who align with Le Perspective Media’s mission and values. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, from defining role requirements and posting job ads to screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and supporting offer processes.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and tracking recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring managers.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), skilled networking platforms, and basic HR tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
