Responsibilities :
- Soft Services Management : Oversee and coordinate soft services like housekeeping, cleaning, waste management, and front desk operations.
- Client and Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and functionality to maintain client and occupant satisfaction.
- Vendor Management : Supervise and coordinate with vendors for contracted services, ensuring timely and quality performance.
- Budget Management : Assist in monitoring and managing soft services budgets, including purchase orders and expenditure tracking.
- Reporting and Analysis : Prepare reports on service performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.
- Event Coordination : Assist in planning and coordinating site events, including festivals and special events.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and statutory requirements related to safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Team Supervision : Supervise and support housekeeping and front office staff, ensuring productive service delivery.
