The Business Analyst plays a key role in delivering technology solutions. This position is for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work in the General Counsel (GC) Portfolio of the Central Technology team. The role will be responsible for liaising with the Senior Business Stakeholders from Risk, Compliance and other areas of the GC function to define and capture requirements, liaise with technical staff and assist in User testing where necessary with respect to the current ERM system.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising directly with Senior Business Stakeholders from our General Counsel function to define a mutually agreed set of project requirements and solutions.
- Provide trusted advice to stakeholders by building relationships across the portfolios. Be able to influence stakeholder decisions at senior levels.
- Provide line manager duties for direct reports should the need arise
- Facilitate business system workshops for stakeholders and users at all levels.
- Work collaboratively in an agile approach with solution architects, Vendors,



product owners and the delivery teams to ensure that solutions address the requirements of the business
- Prepare professional Business Analysis documentation to capture user stories, acceptance criteria and testing documentation
- To provide detailed process analysis and documentation, utilising Visio and process design templates
- Produce and manage plans and timelines associated with the analysis of the programme, utilising MS Project
- Support the production and timely distribution of project documentation including status reports defined by the project.
- Be the domain expert during delivery to help decision making in support of the wider delivery team

Experience and Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- B.E./B.Tech/MBA/M.C.A/Any other Bachelors Degree
- At least 4-6 years of Total IT Experience
- Strong Knowledge and Experience of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Compliance, Audit, Legal, Tax and BCP functions in financial indu
