We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Lead to drive our training initiatives and enhance employee skills across the organization. This role will be critical in identifying training needs, developing programs, and evaluating the impact of learning activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that align with organizational goals.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs using various instructional techniques and formats.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives meet operational needs.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and maintain training records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Tech and MBA from premium B- Schools only Responsibilities Lead L&D; strategy and roadmap in line with business plan Plan L&D; initiatives and training programs in discussion with HR / business leadership Ideate , develop and implement a world class E- Learning system Prepare overall training budget and share with HR/ senior leadership Track roadmap and budget spend vs plan and take corrective actions if required Identify opportunities for improvement in learning design and delivery Design and develop Learning policies and procedures Ensure need assessment is translated to create a robust training plan and calendar for both direct and indirect staff Facilitate identification of skills gaps and learning needs for the entire employee base to meet the overall business objectives Oversee design and development of learning content including training materials, e- Learning courses etc. Build partnership with external academies/ institutions for design and develop
